Millefiori of May

Harvested in early May, it embodies the prelude to the Locorotondo spring, full of almond and cherry trees.
Golden color that tends to orange with the progress of crystallization. Moderately sweet and with a herbaceous aroma, slightly sugared. The extremely rapid crystallization gives it a very thin crystal, perfect for spreading on bread and rusks.
